Golf Course Info
As of 1-15-2025:
The HOA has received a number of complaints from homeowners about players on the golf course well after hours as well as other issues with unauthorized use of the course.
First, you should note that players should be expected to be somewhere on the course for about 2 hours after the last tee time of the day; expecting the course to be empty of players before that time is not realistic.
Second, while the HOA can be a useful vehicle in addressing problems with the Golf Course staff, our impact is limited.
Any complaints should be conveyed to the Golf Course management. If they are unavailable at the time of the incident, then you should contact them the next day. They cannot address problems when they haven't been reported!
The HOA will continue to work with the Golf Course staff to pursue solutions to recurring problems that need to be addressed.
The HOA formed a Golf safety committee to look at golf operations for the Pusch Ridge Golf Course. The committee did a great job and developed recommendations to address concerns and enhance communications.
Starting December 1, 2024, the course will have a Ranger/Starter on Friday through Sunday. Hopefully, that will help with any issues on a more real-time basis.
Remember, if you have a concern or see a problem, you can call the Pusch Ridge Pro Shop (520-500-1250) or El Conquistador Pro Shop (520-544-1801).
In addition, if homeowners could send a short email to admin@elconpatiohomes.org so the HOA has a record of your concerns. The email is not meant to address the issue immediately but to collect information. The email can also be positive if your issue was resolved.
REMEBER:
- The golf course is closed to walkers during golf play.
- Tee times start at 9:00am (Dec, Jan, Feb) then earlier (8:30 then 8:00) as days get longer. Last Tee time is 4:00pm all season.
- The course is not available for homeowner practice/play when the course is closed. This is a courtesy to our neighbors so they can enjoy the outdoors.
FOPRG (The Friends of Pusch Ridge Golf) distributed a monthly newsletter about the course and its activities. They are separate from our HOA, but many of our homeowners are involved. It’s a great resource and free to join! Click here to get their newsletter https://www.friendsofpuschridgegolf.org/join
Again the HOA Board thanks the committee for all their hard work and appreciate their volunteer efforts to make our community better
