Effective December 1, 2025 - the Board of Directors of El Conquistador Resort Patio Homes Association, Inc has retained Associa Arizona to provide professional management services.
Homeowners were mailed a welcome packet explaining the transition and providing information about their assessments and other key information.
Associa Arizona uses TownSq — an all-in-one mobile app designed to help homeowners connect, collaborate, and stay up to date—available anytime, on any device, so they can manage their account and access the resources they need for better community living.
Homeowners should visit https://app.townsq.io/login and follow the steps below to register their account:
1. Click "Log in” in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
2. Click on the green “Sign up with account number”
3. Enter your 5-digit ZIP/Postal Code, then your account number
4. Click "Continue."
5. Click on Sign up.
6. You will be prompted to enter an email address and create a password.
After registering, homeowners can continue accessing TownSq from the web page, or they can download the TownSq app on their smartphone or tablet and access TownSq that way. Search “TownSq” in Google Play or iPhone App Store.
