Assessments
In accordance with Article VI, Section 6.03(D), 6.05 and 6.07 of the CC&R’s as amended, homeowners are hereby notified that at the October 23, 2024 Board meeting, the Board voted to keep the 2025 assessment at $1,380.00
The Board of Directors can increase the annual maximum assessment automatically, annually and cumulatively, without vote of the membership in the same percentage of the increase, if any, in the Consumer Price Index (CPI-US).
Owners can pay the assessment on an annual, semiannual or quarterly basis.
ANNUAL PAYMENTS would be greatly appreciated!
Owners who chose to pay annually, should pay $1,380.00 by January 1, 2025.
Owners who choose to pay semiannually, should pay $690.00 by January 1 and by July 1 2025.
Owners who choose to pay quarterly, should pay $345.00 by January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 2025.
Payments received after the 30th the month will incur a 10% late fee.
In past years, owners have prepaid for the following year in December of the current year. All payments will be deposited upon receipt and credited to the homeowner’s 2024 account.
